Design

Balance, not compromise

BreakBox is the balance between modern design and the classic cruiser style Harley-Davidson does better than anyone. Every element forms one harmonious design, from the combined rear fender to the high-tech front fork and the forged wheels. We spared no time on the 5-axis mill to get there.

You can choose any wheel design on the BreakBox platform. Classic or modern, the project lets you use the full range.

Chassis

Öhlins, and two calipers

For the Softail frame we manufacture a console swingarm that allows the full potential of the wheel design to be realised. BreakBox uses air suspension, and the 280mm rear tyre accentuates its ruggedness. A special offset for the clutch housing compensates for belt offset.

We integrated the Öhlins fork, and it is now possible to install two calipers on the front wheel to improve braking.

Body

Aluminium foundation

The basic set of body panels includes rear and front fender, seat, chin fairing and handlebars. The foundation of the rear fender is milled from solid aluminium and fibreglass is used for the panels, with an option for a second passenger.

The fuel tank stays stock, which keeps both the functionality and the classic line.
